Oversized jumpers and skinny jeans worn with high booties and an equally
oversized scarf has become my uniform of late. I can't seem to stray in to
anything else, nor do I want to. In the day job, I'm currently reading the team's
copy for the next issue of our MPDVision magazine, much of which focuses on
the rise in loungewear sales and trends resulting from continued consumer desire
for wellbeing as well as personal austerity.
The intimates and loungewear industry is experiencing a boom, as many of us
yearn for comfort, versatility and inadvertently protection in these tumultuous
times. I won't get all deep on you, and yes its cold, but think about it... times are
tough, life is perhaps harder than ever, work is stressful - how many times have
you chucked on a cosy knit and a pair of jersey leggings in the last few months?
I rest my case.

{I'm wearing: H&M striped jumper, Zara coat, River Island jeans, New Look boots.}

Amazing knitwear, jumper and skinnies and big scarf has been my winter uniform too. What you're saying makes so much sense, very interesting!

I love the way you'd had your hair coloured - beautiful!
If that sweater was mine, it would be my uniform too....Love!
